This blues jam was recorded for my new solo show I'm putting together. The guitar used for the lead is a custom Blue flower telecaster with a Duncan Broadcaster pickup in the lead position and 6.5k ohm hand wired pickup in the neck. I used a Roland gt-6 multi effects processor DI and the Roland R-880 for the drums. The bass was added with Ernie Ball Musicman Sterling. Love the blues, enjoy. Another original song, this one is for Rocky and is based on many facts. The song started out to be like a Robert Gordon tune I really like (Someday someway) and as what always happens turned into it's own thing. The motorcycle is Rocky's, very cool ride.

The picture is from a fathers day card from my daughter and I thought it added a lighter touch to one of my heavier songs. This song's for you Pike! Thanks for listening,

Thanks so much and hope to continue to post more music through the next year. Lance ========================================= About me: I operated small project recording studio's for years. Most music posted here is a solo effort ...Guitar/bass are my instruments....My lifes enjoyment is music, but like most musicians have supported myself in various ways.My day jobs have been working in electronic engineering, music is related to engineering, so it works. My last job was in flight simulation, working for Boeing/AFRL in Mesa. Yes it was a cool job and I miss it!! I have also worked in many many bands of all types and will continue to. Live music can be the best music.... I write music in many different styles and am not locked into a specific form or style for marketing purposes. My influences are many, but the main ones are Roy Plum!! BB King,Ventures, funk brothers (mainly James Jamerson for my bass playing), Greatful Dead, Beatles,Stones, George Benson,Beach Boys, Joe Pass, Eric Clapton, John Lee Hooker, John Forgerty,Buddy Guy,Simon & Garfunkle, Sir Paul,Bass player from Mason Profit,James Solberg,Paul Solberg, Wonder Pets, and all the early bluesmen that established the patterns we work with. I hope you enjoy my original music available for download as much as I enjoyed creating it. Let me know what you like best, so I can continue to post music people listen to. If you would like to use any of my originals for commercial use, please ask me. If you would like a higher quality copy or tunes on disc, contact me. All my music is recorded at 24 bit 96K and mastered to 16 bit 44.1. It's posted @96K/44.1 or higher Check back, more tunes will be posted soon. Hit me up if you like my songs and would like to jam with me,there is nothing like playing with a live band. Thanks for listening, and have a great day, Lance Olson
